10 Pregnancy Facts for Dummies

1. Don't need cranberry pills...eat vegetables!
2. Way to have a good pregnancy, get fresh air and do muscle training exercises
3. Fish is actually good for the baby
4. Parsley will not kill you
5. Put the donut down and have a cheese stick
6. You eat 4 1/2 meals a day
7. DO NOT TAKE NAPS!!! You will regret it later
8. Being anti-social is pretty normal while you're pregnant, so don't feel bad
9. You will constantly want to talk to your mother (Speaking of which, Mother!! When are you getting back to California??)
10. Men other then your husband will never understand

Progress:

I am 11 days away from being 4 months...and then I get to see an ultrasound! YEY! I am so curious to see if it is a girl or a boy. I think it is kicking lately but I am not sure if that is just my stomach... can't wait to go to the doctor! Yey!

Weird dream of the week:

Tiger stuffie taking drugs and abusing children...Weird!

Diet this week:

Corn, beef, asparus, cheese, green beans & bacon, shepherd's pie, jalapeno chips, olives, blueberries, peaches, strawberries, grapes, cream cheese bagels, honey bunches of oat, and artichoke! YUM!!!

  2. Naps are what give u most of the headaches and sickness. But if u just like rest in bed when you're tired and don't sleep it's mucho better.
